Senior Solutions Consultant

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will lead consulting projects across many industries to help teams optimize business processes using Atlassian software tools. Ideal candidates will exhibit thought leadership, technical insight, and process understanding to overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading onsite and remote client consultations across multiple technical disciplines
  • Guiding integration and implementation of Atlassian tools
  • Identifying and presenting appropriate process improvements
  • Customizing and administering Jira or other Atlassian software
  • Directing, advising, training, and collaborating with team members
  • Continuously striving to increase knowledge and generously share expertise
  • Other responsibilities as required

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of experience in software or technology consultation or leadership roles
  • Background in hands-on software development, computer technology, or similar functions preferred
  • Experience using or administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Agile principles and software development practices
  • Solid understanding of organizational structures, governance, and business processes

DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will help design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to help teams improve development processes using Atlassian software and other tools. Applying your knowledge of systems, software development, and continuous delivery and deployment, you will support consulting projects for clients across many industries to help teams achieve higher velocity, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing consultation to improve client development processes
  • Identifying bottlenecks in engineering workflows
  • Designing and implementing development pipelines
  • Automating builds and deployments
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical support services
  • Working in a variety of software development languages, platforms, and tools
  • Continuously striving to increase knowledge and generously sharing expertise
  • Participation in onsite and remote client consultations
  • Other responsibilities as required

Skills and Requirements:

  • Understanding of various development frameworks
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices
  • Experience with Cloud computing and containerization preferred
  • Experience with two or more CI/CD tools e.g. Bamboo, Jenkins, Circle CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.
  • Comfortable on multiple platforms, operating systems, and servers
  • Source code management using Git or Subversion
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
