  • Step 1: Assess

    Your journey to Atlassian Cloud begins with an audit of your current environment(s) and an assessment of your unique requirements. Our team will review your apps and integrations to determine how your team uses each app and if there are any redundancies present. We’ll also help you determine which Cloud tools and plans are the best fit for your organization.

  • Step 2: Plan

    Guided by the results of your assessment, our experts will help you plan the best migration path to Cloud. There are several Atlassian-approved migration strategies to choose from, such as moving all of your data at once or taking a more phased approach. We’ll weigh the pros and cons of each Cloud migration strategy and identify a solution that caters to your individual needs.

  • Step 3: Prep

    With a clear, step-by-step Cloud migration plan in place, next we’ll help you prepare your current and future environments for a streamlined migration. Our team will rely on thorough, methodical pre-migration checklists to ensure your instances are fully prepared for the migration. 

  • Step 4: Validate

    Validation is a critical step in the migration process. Before the final migration, we run a complete test migration — or multiple test migrations, depending on need — to confirm every step of the migration process will run as expected. We conduct thorough validations and User Acceptance Testing during the validation phase. Next, we’ll finalize a detailed migration runbook.

  • Step 5: Migrate

    Now it’s time for the final production migration. During this step in the process, we will carefully follow the meticulously documented runbook that we prepared and tested in the previous stages. Our Cloud migration team will work alongside your organization to minimize downtime or other disruptions to users. Weekend migrations are common to help avoid any work disruption.

  • Step 6: Launch
