Senior Solutions Consultant
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will lead consulting projects across many industries to help teams optimize business processes using Atlassian software tools. Ideal candidates will exhibit thought leadership, technical insight, and process understanding to overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Leading onsite and remote client consultations across multiple technical disciplines
- Guiding integration and implementation of Atlassian tools
- Identifying and presenting appropriate process improvements
- Customizing and administering Jira or other Atlassian software
- Directing, advising, training, and collaborating with team members
- Continuously striving to increase knowledge and generously share expertise
- Other responsibilities as required
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience in software or technology consultation or leadership roles
- Background in hands-on software development, computer technology, or similar functions preferred
- Experience using or administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge in Agile principles and software development practices
- Solid understanding of organizational structures, governance, and business processes
- Polished and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style
- Ambitious and continuous learner
- Available to travel and work in local and remote client locations as required
